Return & Refund Policy

You may be able to RETURN approved items that are COMPLETELY UN-USED, UN-ALTERED PRODUCTS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGINGS within FIVE (5) days upon delivery.

Products that are altered out of its original condition will NOT be granted a refund.

If you are not sure about our hair extensions, please inspect the hair without altering, cutting, washing, wearing or opening the hair’s lace or seals.

If your item is completely unaltered and it’s within the 5 day grace period, please send an email to: HELP@JANUARYBEAUTY.COM. After receiving your request, we will email you back with the return address and details within 2-3 business days.

We do NOT accept requests for refund for international orders outside of US. Please make sure to TRIPLE check your order before you purchase.

All packagings and gifts need to be returned for inspection to qualify for a full or partial refund.

RETURN CONDITION

Please Initiate your return/exchange request using the form at the bottom of the page within FIVE (5) DAYS after the package is either signed or confirmed delivery.

We can only issue a full or partial refund if the product is returned UNUSED, UNOPENED, in the ORIGINAL RESELLABLE CONDITION IN WHICH THE PRODUCT IS SENT TO YOU/ OUR CUSTOMER.

1 . Hair bundle must NOT be untied, unwrapped at the top. The security bundle choker seal must not be broken.

2 . Weft must be intact and must NOT be cut.

3 . The hair must NOT be washed, tampered with, dyed, cut, installed, bleached or appear to be worn. Curly textures must NOT be combed out, uncoiled or fluffed up.

4 . Lace must NOT be cut, tinted, dyed, bleached, plucked glued or altered in any way. Please use a wig cap to try the hair on!

5 . If your package includes any free gifts or add-ons, please include them in your return package. Missing or broken packaging and add-ons will result in up to 15% or $25 restocking fee (Whichever is greater). We trust that all of our customers are well put together!

6. We do not refund for un-returned products.

We are not responsible for any stylist or any individual trying to dye your hair because not everyone is a color specialist. We provide hassle-free which will give you a promising result.

*ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY

1 .Please contact us within 5 days before you send anything back. Refund requests after the FIVE (5) DAY grace period will not be honored.

2. We do not refund original shipping.

3 . Any return or shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please choose a trackable shipping method to return your package as we are not responsible for lost mails and will not refund if we do not receive your merchandise back.

4. If the package is refused at delivery due to customer’s reasons. We will refund the order total amount MINUS the original postage and 15% or $25 dollars (whichever is greater) as restocking fee for handling and shipping.

This situation includes “un-deliverable address”, refused or abandoned package, wrong address including but not limited to other similar scenarios.

5. We do not refund for orders that are delayed in shipment as we are NOT the shipping company.

6 . Digital products and branding products will not be refunded/exchanged/returned because they are customized. This includes LOGO design, paper shopping bags, soft hair bags, satin bags, hang tags, bundle chokers, high end brochure, and customized websites.

7 . All colored hair or customized wig constructions are non-refundable. We always try to go extra mile to confirm your custom colored products, but due to the lighting and uncertainty of human hair, if you have strict requirements on colors, please order our natural hair products and take them to a local stylists to customize.

8 . All wholesale packages(including bundle wholesale packages and wig wholesale packages), bulk orders, hair sample packs are non-refundable.

9 . All sales are FINAL for products on sale or clearance. All sales made through any link, sales channels or using discount/promo code are FINAL.

10 . If a product is purchased at a retail price and the same product later goes into sales or clearance, we do not refund the difference.

11. We do not refund to lost or stolen packages and shipment delays caused by the shipping carrier.

12. We reserve the first right of refusal for a Refund, Return or Service Requests to any individual, for any reason and at any time. This first right of refusal includes, but is not limited to, situations in which we detect any abuse of our generous return policy such as excessive return and consumer fraud.

15. We will not issue a refund if the package gets lost due to customer entering the wrong shipping information. We may request to verify a customer’s ID and confirm the order before we allow the purchase for security reasons.

RETURN and/or REFUND INSTRUCTIONS:

Please email us: HELP@ JanuaryBeauty.com within FIVE (5) DAYS upon receipt of the products. Once we receive your email request, our Returns department will call or email you to confirm the return.

Please include the original order slip and fill out the return slots at the bottom, if available. We will contact you once we receive the package and have inspected the products. The original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order included free shipping, your refund will be the total order amount minus original postage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed your order has begun processing and we may not be able to cancel. Order Cancellations are not guaranteed. All cancellation requests will be reviewed and the qualification of cancellation request will depend on the status of the order. Including but not limited to orders that receive a cancellation request AFTER shipping or customization has begun may not be able to be canceled.

BILLING POLICY

PLEASE INSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IS THE SAME. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE SAME ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THE PAYMENT WILL BE DECLINED. IF THERE IS A PENDING AMOUNT ON YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED IT IS JUST AN AUTHORIZATION CHARGE AND WILL DROP WITHIN A FEW HOURS.

*TEMP* SHIPPING/PROCESSING POLICY DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC:

Though highly unlikely, it is possible that some orders could take up to 7-14 business days to ship out, please be aware of the possible delays.

You’ll receive an email notification with the tracking details as soon as it is fulfilled and then the package will arrive within 2-3 days from the date you received the tracking.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 3-7 business days to process your order after your payment is cleared. Processing will take 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). After processing it will take 2-3 business days to receive your package, you will receive your tracking number on or before the 10th business day, all orders placed after 2:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day.

In most cases we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

For orders placed prior 2 pm (EST) will be processed that day, If placed after 2 pm (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS and UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately. *Approved refund processing may take up to 3-5 business days

*We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require signature please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please contact USPS or Fedex/UPS to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office.*

*There is a $25 restocking fee per bundle, Pre Ordered items are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged.*

Before using your products, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct item. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the items without manipulating / using them. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order.

**Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.**

***We will not offer refund / exchange or any type of accommodations for items that you have altered on your own. If you would like to return the items to us, it must be in its original state, unless it is a rare instance where you have received defective.
